Privacy policy.

This staging policy explains how the proposed Wise Outdoor Lighting website will handle personal information. It must be reviewed before the website and any analytics are launched publicly.

Information you choose to provide

A quote request may include your name, email, phone number, installation address, areas to be lit, project-investment response, referral source, notes and optional property photographs. Wise should collect only information needed to respond to the request and plan service.

Current quote form

The private staging website embeds Wise’s published Flyra form. Information entered and submitted through that form is transmitted to and stored in Wise’s Flyra CRM. Email and phone links use the visitor’s own device and provider.

Flyra processing

Flyra processes quote information as Wise’s CRM and form provider. Flyra’s terms, hosting and security practices apply. The form’s text-message consent is separate, required where shown and is not preselected. Wise should define access, retention and deletion procedures before public launch.

Website logs and analytics

The hosting provider may process routine security and request logs. Marketing analytics, advertising pixels and non-essential cookies are not enabled in this staging build. Consent controls must be configured before any such tools are added.

Sharing

Wise should not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, CRM or communications, only for those purposes or where required by law.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information held by Wise, contact wiseoutdoorlighting@gmail.com. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and governing Canadian law.
